Buddhist meditation and mindfulness group practicing for daily living. Beginners and newcomers welcome. Tuesdays 7 to 8.30pm.

Meditation helps us understand who we are, and helps us develop a greater connection with, and compassion for ourselves and other living beings.

We are a group that practices Buddhist meditation and mindfulness in the Zen tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh, where Buddhist teachings are presented in a contemporary way that we can apply in our modern lives.

We welcome beginners and newcomers, and those seeking to incorporate Buddhist practices into their own spiritual traditions. No prior knowledge of meditation or any buddhist teachings are required.

Join us on Tuesday nights for our weekly gathering at Peace Park in Oxford Falls at 7:00pm. Optional donation (suggested $10) to help cover our costs.
